Goals

Alright so here goes. I am posting my before pictures ( as soon as i can figure out how) which of course is embarrassing but i guess that will give me a shove to make noticeable changes.
These measurements were taken today.
Current Weight 178 (as of 1 week ago)
Height 5'6"
Chest : 41.5
Waist: 39"
Hips: 48.25
Right Mid Thigh: 25"
Left mid thigh: 25"
Right upper arm flexed: 14"
Left upper arm flexed 13.5

My % of body fat is unknown but i will update that in the next couple days.

Hey!

Many of us have been in "that" place, where we know we have let our bodies get the best of us, we are no longer in the right physical shape, we make poor food choices and we just let those choices run our lives.

I am tired of letting my bad eating habits and run my life. I want to be able to keep up with my kids without feeling tired, i want to go to the doctor and not be afraid of what the scale says. I want my clothes to fit right and to look and feel sexy while wearing them.

Medically I am suffering from symptoms of fibromyalgia, I say symptoms because even thought i have it my DR is very hesitant to diagnose me because of the large number of people who are in poor health and miss diagnosed. I am border line Diabetic, and because of my height and weight i am what is considered OBESE. and on top of all that i am starting to show symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).which for those who dont know can be exacerbated by being over weight.

Some of what I am going to do here is going to be slightly embarrassing i am sure. I will post before pictures, which they recommend doing in a 2 piece swim suit but that is not going to happen. I will post my starting weight and measurements, my HDL & LDL are great so there is no need to post that info.

I will post several updates each week to track my progress, some might just be what i did for exercise that day. I will post periodic photos to show my progress and I will list what programs i am using and any supplements.

For me this is going to be a great way to share my progress. I hope that others read this and know that they can do it too.

Where to start? well we cant do anything without setting goals first, so if you are looking to loose weight and get fit what do you need to do. you need to figure out where you are and figure out where you wan t to be, then set the goal. you will see my goals posted later. Now you have a goal weight right? okay now you need to set and timeline, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. If you miss one of your targets thats okay, dates can change but the end result cant right. Make it a non negotiable goal and stick with it.
